The Bloomington Faculty Council (BFC) is an elected, policy-making body responsible for exercising faculty authority on the Bloomington campus. In the past several years, the BFC has increasingly dealt with issues going to the heart of our lives as faculty and the direction of the university.

The Council largely works through committees. Committee members shape proposals that are considered by the full Council on a range of issues. Nearly 30 committees -- standing, elected, and campus committees -- are available to choose from. Even if you served on a committee last year, please complete the form again to let the Nomination Committee know you are interested in continuing.
