Constitution and Rules Committee

The Constitution and Rules Committee develops proposals for amending the campus faculty constitution and the bylaws of the BFC and develops policies in areas covered by no BFC standing committee.

2025-2026 Assignments

1. Propose necessary updates or additions to the Constitution of the Bloomington Faculty, BFC Bylaws, or other policies related to the operation of the Council. 
2. Perform a current inventory of policies and recommend which should be reviewed by existing standing committees. 
3. Perform specific review of the bylaws and constitution to reflect changes in the organizational structure and to align with changes at the university and trustee level. 
4. Others presented by the committee for review and approval.
