The International Affairs Committee participates in the oversight of international affairs. The committee recommends policies to faculty governance or administration and monitors compliance and personnel issues, budget, and planning strategies.
2025-2026 Assignments
- Become informed and report on the decline in international students and work with The Office of International Services (OIS) to identify some strategies to address the issues.
- Collaborate with SAC to review communication and support systems for international students to thrive and feel safe and welcome on the Bloomington campus.
- Explore ways that BFC might act to make IUB more attractive to international students.
- Others presented by the committee for review and approval.
