Article V Section 5.4: Responsibility to the Faculty
B. On votes dealing with substantive matters, the reports shall include an accounting of how the individual Council members, or their alternates, voted. At the request of a majority of the Council members present, any matter must be submitted to the faculty for consideration, either by paper or electronic ballot or at a faculty meeting.

B. On votes of main motions where at least 20% of the total Bloomington Faculty Council voting-eligible members vote in the affirmative and at least 20% of the total Bloomington Faculty Council voting-eligible members vote in the negative, the reports shall include an accounting of how individual Council members, or their alternates, voted. A Council member may make a motion for a roll-call vote on any matter.
C. At the request of a majority of the Council members present, any matter must be submitted to the faculty for consideration, either by paper or electronic ballot or at a faculty meeting.
